I was born and raised as a Hoosier on a small farm with my family.
As a kid, my days were spent practically living outdoors where I pulled weeds in the garden, canned food for the winter, chopped firewood, and raised cows, chickens, pigs, and one very spoiled dog.
I lived the American work ethic.
At 20, I graduated from Liberty University Online with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Communications. I made a smooth transition from part-time intern to full-time executive assistant at my current job at a biosolids management company. Yep… that’s right… I work for a human waste management company for a living. Who would have guessed?!
Two years later, I was still working for the same company. Still living at the farm. But I was noticing something: Generation Z (my generation) was unique from other generations.
Generation Z is sharply divided; there is very little middle ground.
We are either conservative or liberal.
I watched as people I loved and admired began to drop away from the Christian faith and ceased holding conservative, biblical values. And I realized I had to become a truth warrior.
That was when politics found me. I always had a passion for apologetics, worldviews, and cultural studies. It dawned on me that thousands of Gen Z’ers are headed off to colleges that will teach them liberal doctrines that go contrary to the Bible and conservative values.
If Generation Z continues to fall for these lies, we won’t be the most conservative generation since World War II. We will no longer understand the foundations of biblical truth, the amazing history of America, and the message of freedom.
I began writing for conservative publications, including the Daily Caller, Future Female Leaders, and the PragerFORCE Writing Committee.
It became my goal to communicate with my generation by searching out the truth.
